Resolution Scaling Options

Under Consideration

Multiple resolution scaling options since some purists may want to choose perfect integer scaling at the expense of using a smaller portion of the screen for the gameplay

We would like to include more options, though ultimately it may have to be on a game by game basis. Many games have ever so slightly different resolutions that would make a one-size-fits-all approach more difficult.
