Full Feature-Completeness

I don't think you should ever disable any options or parts of games, even if they are objectively worse. I'm thinking of games like Tomb Raider Legend missing out on the original 4:3 aspect ratio and the option to play in widescreen.
Also, if there's ever a feature like in Resistance Retribution where you could link a PSP to a PS3, please make sure EVERYTHING is working and if that's not possible, at least leave everything as it is - feature-wise. I'm really grateful for the work you are doing bringing these games back, and they are fun, but I think another important aspect is preservation and all the little idiosyncrasies are to be cherished. You wouldn't edit Moby Dick and delete thr "boring descriptions" for better readibility, right? RIGHT?!
