Tooltips

The menu should have some tool tips explaining some of the options. The video modes "classic", "arcade" and so on are pretty confusing. Of course I can SEE what they are doing, but I don't know what they actually do and what's the point.

Though this request is asking for a more specific use case, including tooltips with more information and better descriptions is something we are working on for Syrup!
